Viburnum davidii
Compact evergreen shrub with leathery dark green leaves and small white flowers. Produces attractive blue fruits that persist throughout winter.
Requires well-drained soil and partial shade. Light pruning can be done after flowering. Tolerates cold and requires minimal care once established.
