Teucrium scorodonia
Small evergreen shrub with aromatic leaves and greenish-yellow flowers. Very resistant and suitable for rock gardens or wild gardens.
Wood sage is a very hardy outdoor plant that tolerates frost down to -12 °C; plant it in sunny spots with at least 4 hours of direct sunlight per day. It requires very little watering, as it adapts well to drought, particularly in well-drained, poor soils typical of Mediterranean climates. It is ideal for rock gardens or naturalistic gardens, where it can reach between 30 and 80 cm in height. It has mild toxicity, so ingestion should be avoided, especially by children or pets.
