Teucrium montanum
Alpine germander with white flowers, used for its expectorant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Plant it in a spot with direct sunlight for at least 6 hours a day, in well-drained, calcareous soil, as it is a Mediterranean mountain plant. Watering should be sparse, allowing the soil to dry out completely between waterings, since it is very sensitive to excess moisture. It is very hardy and withstands frost down to -15 °C, so no winter protection is needed outdoors. Bear in mind that it is a medicinal plant with mild toxicity; handle it with care and do not use it internally without professional advice.
