Teucrium lucidifolia is a robust and easy-to-grow Mediterranean shrub: plant it in a full-sun position (at least 5-6 hours of direct sunlight daily) in well-drained soil, as it does not tolerate waterlogging. Water very sparingly, allowing the soil to dry out completely between waterings, especially in winter. It withstands frosts down to -6 °C, making it perfectly hardy for Mediterranean outdoor gardens. Bear in mind that it has mild toxicity, so handle it with care if you intend to use it as a medicinal plant.
