Teucrium chamaedrys
Dwarf aromatic plant with small shiny leaves and light pink flowers. Drought-resistant and perfect for borders.
Teucrium chamaedrys requires full sun exposure (at least 6 hours per day) and a well-drained substrate, preferably calcareous or sandy, as it is sensitive to excess moisture. Water sparingly, allowing the substrate to dry out completely between waterings, especially in winter. It withstands temperatures down to -10°C and tolerates drought well once established, making it ideal for Mediterranean gardens and borders. Caution: this plant is toxic, so avoid prolonged contact and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
