Saintpaulia ionantha
Compact herbaceous plant native to Africa with flowers in various colors and velvety leaves. Abundant flowering for much of the year under proper conditions.
Keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Avoid wetting leaves; use distilled or rainwater. Place in indirect light and temperature between 18-24°C. Fertilize monthly during flowering.
