Deciduous shrub native to North Africa with highly fragrant white flowers in spring. Cultivated as an ornamental plant in Mediterranean climates and is very drought-resistant.
Requires full sun and well-drained soil. Needs little water during summer. Tolerates moderate frosts well. Light pruning after flowering to maintain shape.
