Prunus cerasus
Fruit tree of the Rosaceae family that produces sour cherries with acidic flavor, ideal for preserves and cooking. It has great cold resistance and adapts well to Mediterranean climate.
Plant in a location with direct sunlight for at least 6 hours daily. Keep soil moist but well-drained. Prune in winter to maintain shape. Fertilize in spring with organic compost.
