Peucedanum ostruthium
Perennial herbaceous plant native to the Alps with pinnate leaves and small white flowers grouped in umbels. Cultivated for its digestive and anti-inflammatory medicinal properties.
Prefers cool, moist soils with good drainage. Requires partial shade and cold temperatures. Propagate by rhizome division in spring. Very frost hardy.
