Petroselinum crispum var. neapolitanum
Flat-leaf parsley more aromatic than the curly variety, ideal for Mediterranean cuisine. It grows quickly and can be harvested throughout the season.
Flat-leaf parsley needs between 4 and 8 hours of direct sunlight per day and moderate watering, keeping the substrate slightly moist without waterlogging it. Plant it in spring or autumn in a pot or directly in the garden using fertile, well-drained soil. It is frost-resistant down to -5 °C, so it can stay outdoors through winter in Mediterranean climates. Harvest leaves from the base to encourage continuous growth throughout the entire season.
