Ligustrum lucidum
Fast-growing evergreen tree with glossy dark green leaves. It produces small white fragrant flowers in spring followed by black berries.
Requires full sun and well-drained soil. Tolerates pruning and can be grown as a tree or shrub. Moderate watering in summer, less frequent in winter.
