Hibiscus moscheutos
Large deciduous shrub with large showy flowers in pink, red, or white tones. Native to wetland areas of the southeastern USA, it prefers moist soils and abundant sunlight exposure.
Keep soil moist throughout the year, especially during growing periods. Prune in late winter to encourage shape. Fertilize every 2-3 weeks during flowering. Plant in areas with good drainage and constant moisture.
