Cylindropuntia echinocarpa
Branching cholla native to the Sonoran Desert with segmented stems covered in silvery fibers and sharp spines. Produces bright yellow flowers followed by fleshy fruits.
Requires full sun and excellent drainage. Water sparingly, especially in winter. Cold and drought resistant. Avoid excessive moisture.
