Ornamental grass with great visual impact and white plumes in autumn.
Pampas grass requires full sun exposure, with a minimum of 6 hours of direct sunlight per day, and should be grown exclusively outdoors. Water it sparingly and allow the soil to dry out between waterings, as it tolerates drought well. It is very hardy and withstands frost down to -10 °C, making it perfectly suited to Mediterranean climates without any winter protection. Handle it with care as the leaves can cause cuts, and bear in mind that it has mild toxicity.
