Anthriscus sylvestris
Wild herbaceous plant of the Apiaceae family with finely divided leaves and small white flowers. Used in cooking for its mild, aromatic flavor similar to parsley.
Grows best in cool, moist locations with semi-shade. Requires constant soil moisture but avoid waterlogging. Harvest young leaves regularly to stimulate production.
