Description

Tropical plant with edible tuber native to Asia. Develops large segmented leaves and characteristic dark red inflorescence with unpleasant aroma.

Growing tips

Requires constant moisture and warm temperatures (18-25°C). Soil should be rich in organic matter and well-drained. Cultivate in semi-shade and protect from cold. Harvest tubers after 2-3 years of growth.
