Aloe striata
Stemless aloe with smooth grayish leaves and without spines. It blooms with inflorescences of red-coral flowers.
Aloe striata needs direct sun for at least 6 hours a day and a well-draining substrate, ideally a cactus and succulent mix. Water very sparingly, allowing the substrate to dry out completely between waterings, as it tolerates drought very well. It withstands temperatures down to -3 °C, but in areas with severe frosts it is advisable to protect it or bring it indoors temporarily. Plant it in spring or autumn to help it establish successfully.
