Achillea nobilis
Compact yarrow with fine finely divided leaves and yellow flowers in umbel. Attracts pollinators.
Achillea nobilis requires full sun exposure, with a minimum of 6 hours of direct sunlight per day, in an outdoor setting. Water it moderately, allowing the substrate to dry out slightly between waterings, as it does not tolerate excess moisture. It prefers well-drained soil, even poor or stony, typical of Mediterranean gardens. It is very hardy and withstands frost down to -15 °C, so no special winter protection is needed.
