Acanthus mollis
Perennial herbaceous plant with large, deeply lobed and decorative leaves. Produces attractive white or pink flower spikes in spring and summer.
Prefers well-drained soil and sunny location. Requires minimal maintenance. Remove spent flowers to encourage more blooms. Drought and cold resistant once established.
